Accessible Education Professional

This role leads the operational delivery of Student Accessibility Services, including developing and implementing personalised learning supports and reasonable adjustments for students with a disability/health condition.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase student retention and success in their studies.
- Build strong relationships with faculties, academic staff, and other professional staff to ensure inclusive, compliant services.
- Proven experience in leading teams through change and managing people effectively.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with key stakeholders.
- Able to consider a service from a process and systems perspective to maximise effectiveness.
- Permanent full-time appointment at Level 8/9.
- Salary $117,918 - $146,302 plus superannuation.
