Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Governance Coordinator to join our team at Vero Insurance. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the Cloud Governance Enablement Lead with day-to-day administration activities and collaborating with various teams, including architecture, risk, outsourcing, data governance, and security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Cloud Governance Enablement Lead with administrative tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain and update SharePoint sites, including access management and content development.
  • Manage the Cloud Governance mailbox and calendar.
  • Oversee the Cloud Governance Pipeline register, document actions and decisions from meetings, and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Coordinate stakeholder meetings, develop presentation materials, document actions and decisions, and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Assist in the development of project artifacts using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Support business stakeholders with the Cloud Governance Submission process.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in a multi-faceted program of work.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to drive outcomes and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including the ability to design and develop reports, create pivot tables, and more.
  • Understanding of APRA Standard CPS230/231 for Outsourcing.
  • Technical background and/or project management experience would be advantageous.
  • Understanding of cloud computing benefits.
  • Suncorp experience is desirable but not mandatory.
