A leading organization in the water industry is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join its high-performing Melbourne water infrastructure team.

As a strong client-focused professional, you will drive new opportunities, nurture positive client relationships, and deliver timely, innovative, and high-quality project outputs.

You will foster the growth and development of a multi-disciplinary team, comprising both new talent and experienced professionals, while focusing on technical excellence, project management, and client service satisfaction.

This role offers a great opportunity to make your mark as part of a team with a strong growth trajectory and a healthy pipeline of major projects.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and meeting delivery requirements.
  • Commercial acumen, strong business analysis skills, and the ability to interpret complex financial systems and reports.
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying new business development opportunities and turning them into wins.
  • Ability to work collaboratively at internal and external levels, developing new client relationships and maintaining existing networks.

Tertiary qualifications and consulting experience are essential for this position.
