Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Event Services Manager in ensuring smooth event operations.
  • Serve food and beverages and respond to guest enquiries professionally.
  • Liaise with kitchen and beverage departments on daily operations and quality control.
  • Conduct pre-event briefings to employees on preparation, service, and menu.
  • Supervise and demonstrate all duties to set standards.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Training in food and beverage service.
  • Experience in supervising both day and night events.
  • Excellent food and beverage service skills.
  • Current NSW RSA Certificate.
  • Good knowledge of wines and other beverages.
  • Ability to work efficiently and professionally under pressure.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or function centre.
