**Job Summary**

We are seeking a visionary Digital Engineering Director to join our team at Duratec Australia. As a key member of our leadership group, you will play a critical role in driving our digital transformation and strategy.

**About the Role**

  • Lead the development and implementation of our Digital Engineering strategy, ensuring alignment with our company vision and goals.
  • Oversee the Drafting & BIM team, refining procedures and standards to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with our Spatial Integration Division to deliver integrated digital solutions to our projects and clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and manage a Common Data Environment (CDE) to support effective collaboration and information management.
  • Create and implement Digital Execution Plans to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the latest 3D CAD and BIM software applications and their applications in the construction industry.
  • Drive the adoption of new technologies and processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to your team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

**Requirements**

  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or a related field, or extensive experience in Digital Engineering/BIM Management.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic plans, with a focus on process improvement and technology adoption.
  • Strong technical skills in 3D CAD and BIM software applications, including Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
