Early Childhood Support Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide therapy and support to children aged 0-8 under a collaborative model.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and prioritise goals with families and children using a structured approach
  • Provide evidence-based support to address children's goals across all areas of development
  • Coordinate support required from other disciplines, including therapy and consultation
  • Support the inclusion and participation of children within their families and communities

This role offers the opportunity to work in a clinical position as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner. You will work collaboratively with allied health practitioners, support workers, and family members to achieve the best possible outcomes for your clients.

Requirements:
  • Considerable experience working with paediatric clients
  • Passion for delivering high-quality paediatric services
  • One of the following qualifications and industry registrations:
    • Developmental Educator
    • Early Childhood Teacher or Educator
    • Occupational Therapist
    • Social Worker
    • Speech Pathologist
    • Psychologist
