About the Role

The Royal Women's Hospital is seeking an experienced manager to lead the Social Model of Health Division and oversee the Sexual Assault Crisis Line (SACL). As SACL Manager, you will provide leadership, support, and coordination to the counsellor advocates, ensuring the provision of a high-quality, evidence-based service to victim/survivors.

You will work closely with the coordinators to develop effective and responsive models of care, and play a key role in working with stakeholders to achieve this goal. Your experience in crisis counselling and advocacy will be invaluable in this role, as you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of SACL and the coordination of core service delivery.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain strong, collaborative working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. You will also need to have the ability to work effectively within a team whilst maintaining leadership and accountability, and have fantastic negotiation and advocacy skills.
