The Role

This role is based in North Queensland and involves providing quality valuation reports in a timely manner for a diversified asset market in the commercial, industrial, and retail space.

You will be responsible for ensuring smooth and timely outcomes for clients while effectively managing business opportunities and achieving personal annual budgets.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Managing business development opportunities to achieve sales targets.

About You

We are seeking a driven professional with highly developed commercial valuation skills and exceptional communication and business development skills.

You will have a strong client network and commitment to professional development, together with:

  • A degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications.
  • CPV status combined with significant experience in the commercial valuation space.
  • Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills.
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication skills.

Estimated Salary: AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum
