Swatch Group is an international group active in the design, manufacture and sale of finished watches, jewellery, watch movements and components. We supply nearly all components required by our 16 watch brands, and our companies supply movements and components to third-party watchmakers worldwide. The Role
We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate people to work with our brands on a casual basis across the seasonal period. The ideal candidate should have flexibility in working across weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities
Support the team in achieving sales targets
Handle transactions for all types of sales according to company policy
Ensure the store is always presentable, clean and tidy
Ensure products are displayed in accordance with company guidelines
Assist with daily and monthly stocktake and stock management
Keep up to date with new products, promotions and participate in regular training
Follow up with customers regarding warranty and repairs
Always ensure the highest level of customer service

Requirements
Experience working within retail sales
Highly developed and proven customer service skills
Organised and time efficient
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Positive attitude
Full availability across peak season including weekends and public holidays
Possession or passion for watches highly desirable but not essential
