Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing successful channel strategies aligned with marketing goals. This role suits a highly analytical individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands product-led growth dynamics, and is eager to innovate with AI-driven marketing.

You will lead digital campaigns, experiment with new approaches, and build channels from the ground up to drive growth for our high-scale startup.

This involves using data analytics to inform bid strategies, segmentation, and creative approaches, as well as collaborating with Brand, Product, and Data teams to ensure channel performance targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies with clear, measurable goals
  • Manage end-to-end campaign planning—from ideation to creative optimization and performance analysis
  • Use A/B testing and experimentation to refine creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies
  • Leverage data analytics to inform bid strategies, segmentation, and creative approaches

As a key member of the Growth team, you will be responsible for scaling our customer acquisition efforts through strategic, data-driven decision making.
