Service Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Service Coordinator/Scheduler to maintain seamless communication between our technicians and customers.
This role offers the opportunity to drive efficiency by planning and coordinating Reactive Service Calls, Quoted Works, Planned Maintenance, and Installation jobs.
- Coordinate Reactive service calls, Quoted Works, Planned Maintenance, and Installations - keeping schedules, technicians, and communications on track
- Maximise technician productivity through proactive planning and scheduling
- Monitor technician progress and update ServiceMax (our software system), and customer portals - manage revisits and reduce backlog through recovery scheduling
- Support customers with clear communication and timely updates
- Connect Service, Sales, and Technical Support teams - streamline admin tasks and prepare reports
Key responsibilities include managing travel for technicians, reviewing the "on-call" roster, and maintaining inventory levels.
The ideal candidate has experience working with a field-based workforce and possesses strong administrative, coordination, and communication skills.
