About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service Desk Consultant to join our team at Telstra Health. As a Service Desk Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, ensuring that their systems and applications are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide phone, email, and remote support to clients with Level 1 support and general product queries.
  • Log calls and liaise with other Telstra Health team members to resolve issues.
  • Manage incidents and requests in our call management system.
  • Communicate case status and progress to clients in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot Level 1 Support issues.
  • Engage in regular meetings with clients to discuss their needs and provide updates.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in IT and customer service. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work well in a team environment. Experience with case management systems and technology development environments is highly desirable.
