Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centered care to customers, including personal care, meal preparation, transport, social support, and domestic assistance.
- Identify and assess customer needs, and go above and beyond to support them in their day-to-day living.
- Encourage customers to exercise choice and control, and foster meaningful connections with their community.
Requirements:
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Current First Aid certification, including CPR.
- Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (desired but not essential).
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience in using technology such as smartphones and computer programs.
