Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Goodlife Health Clubs. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving membership growth across our clubs.
About the Role
- Proactively contribute to club sales budget through sales promotions and referrals campaigns
- Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and new business opportunities
- Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities
- Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
- Create positive and personalized interactions with members to drive retention and growth
- Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries and deliver exceptional customer service
- Participate in member retention programs and inspire members to continue their fitness journey
About You
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- Ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds and drive sales and service outcomes
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to listen, understand, empathize, and influence others
- Tenacity and a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
- Customer-focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes
