Senior Caseworker Leader

The successful applicant will lead a team in all aspects of day-to-day operations while also providing line supervision and support to team members. The role requires casework experience, knowledge of relevant legislation, and a demonstrated commitment to providing client-centred solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the casework team in all aspects of day-to-day operations
  • Provide line supervision and support to team members

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Services or related field

  • Cultural competency and understanding of diverse backgrounds
