We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to positive sales performance.

About the Role:
  • Provide genuine service and create moments that matter with customers
  • Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards
  • Process stock; receive, dispatch, and store
  • Be an enthusiastic, cooperative, and collaborative team member, and contribute to a positive team culture

This Casual role requires WEEKEND availability and penalty rates apply. Note, this role will require lifting, bending, and climbing. We are open to receiving applications from people without industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and serve customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

  • Genuine enthusiasm and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Able to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 25kg and climb ladders
