Product Category Manager Role

Rebel is seeking an experienced Product Category Manager to join their team. This individual will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of menswear products, from new line launches to clearances.

This role requires a strong background in apparel, fashion, or retail, especially in buying, planning and allocation, merchandise administration.

The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and reporting dashboards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Support end-to-end planning and management of menswear products
  • - Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, planning, and suppliers to ensure product availability and timely delivery
  • - Manage category performance tracking against sales, profit, and commercial targets
  • - Contribute to range reviews and category strategy through data-led insights and thoughtful merchandise planning
  • - Ensure accuracy in product and promotional data while supporting compliance and sustainability goals across the range

Requirements:

  • A background in apparel, fashion, or retail, especially in buying, planning and allocation, merchandise administration
  • Strong administrative and analytical skills, comfortable navigating Excel, forecasts, pricing sheets, and reporting dashboards
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring no errors occur
  • Confidence in problem-solving and decision-making, balancing commercial insight with customer understanding
  • A collaborative attitude and passion for product development
