Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Social Justice / Outreach Support Worker.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students and staff by developing and implementing programmes related to social justice / outreach.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and organising the Community Companion Food and Outreach trailer.
  • Maintaining adequate staff volunteers and completing rosters for each term and school holidays for the Companion trailer.
  • Developing awareness of the work and needs of organisations supported under the Social Justice / Outreach Policy.
  • Connecting social justice initiatives at the College with Catholic Social Teaching and the mission of Catholic schools with staff, students and the broader community.

You must hold a valid driver's licence and be comfortable towing and backing a large trailer. The additional hours required are flexible and will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
