About the Role

We are seeking a junior engineer to work with our project team in Gold Coast, Australia. As a junior engineer, you will be involved in estimating and processing engineering certifications.

You will begin by learning to design foundations, quote projects, and prepare forms for engineering certification. You will collaborate with senior engineers internally, help solve on-site issues in real-time, and work with other team members on relevant tasks.

  • Designing foundations for residential projects
  • Liaising with engineers
  • Preparing engineering documents
  • Providing technical support to on-site team members
  • Solving engineering issues

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Hold a valid Australian work visa
  • Have local work experience and knowledge of Australian standards and regulations
  • Hold a degree recognized by Engineers Australia (Civil or Mechanical)
  • Have strong proficiency in the English language

Desirable Skills & Experience

Any engineering experience, experience with engineering software, construction industry experience, or soil-related experience would be beneficial in this role.
