We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality speech pathology services to individuals with disabilities.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing a caseload and providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to participants in schools, homes, and the local community.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing an allocated caseload and completing therapeutic services in a timely manner.
• Delivering speech pathology services to participants in schools, homes, and the local community.
• Formulating treatment goals unique to each participant based on clinical observations, standardized assessments, and interpreted findings.
• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions that help participants achieve their goals.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for participants.

Qualifications and Skills:

To be considered suitable, you will need:

• Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Experience as a Speech Therapist beyond graduation.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage a varied caseload.
• A proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideas.
• A genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
