About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Culinary Specialist to join our team at Dental Corporation. As a Culinary Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality food services to our residents, ensuring that every meal is a delightful experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and prepare nutritious and well-presented meals for our residents
- Liaise with residents, families, and the care team to ensure residents' dietary, individual, and cultural needs are met
- Support the efficient functioning of kitchen and catering services
- Comply with all infection control and food safety procedures
- Perform administrative duties related to the kitchen operation, such as stock taking and food quality assessment
Requirements
- Previous experience in the preparation and delivery of meals within a similar environment
- Certificate in Commercial Cookery or equivalent is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to solve problems independently
