About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Volunteer Program Manager, where you will play a key role in developing and implementing volunteering programs across our services.

As a Volunteer Program Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a volunteer strategy that aligns with our organizational goals and objectives
  • Managing and coordinating volunteer programs across our services, including recruitment, onboarding, and engagement
  • Providing advice and support to staff and volunteers on volunteering best practices and policies
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement volunteering initiatives that meet the needs of our clients and community
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
  • Experience in developing and managing volunteering programs
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills
  • A current Working With Children's Check (VIC) or willingness to obtain one
  • Full Australian working rights
  • A current Police Records Check/NDIS Clearance or be willing to undertake this process
  • Current and ongoing flu vaccinations
