About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Volunteer Program Manager, where you will play a key role in developing and implementing volunteering programs across our services.
As a Volunteer Program Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing a volunteer strategy that aligns with our organizational goals and objectives
- Managing and coordinating volunteer programs across our services, including recruitment, onboarding, and engagement
- Providing advice and support to staff and volunteers on volunteering best practices and policies
- Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement volunteering initiatives that meet the needs of our clients and community
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
- Experience in developing and managing volunteering programs
- Excellent communication and consulting skills
- A current Working With Children's Check (VIC) or willingness to obtain one
- Full Australian working rights
- A current Police Records Check/NDIS Clearance or be willing to undertake this process
- Current and ongoing flu vaccinations
