Job Title: Photo Booth Host

We are seeking a highly skilled customer service professional to represent our business for a Christmas photo activation during our end-of-year events season.

  • Liaise with clients and shoppers
  • Operate the onsite photo booth
  • Assist shoppers in taking photos with Santa
  • Troubleshoot technical issues or difficulties onsite

The ideal candidate will work 4-hour shifts across several periods:

  • 30th of November, 1st, 2nd, 7th, 8th of December
  • 14th of December through to the 24th of December (inclusive)

Shifts will either be from 2-5pm or 10.30-2.30pm. Full training will be provided to ensure success in this role.

To succeed, you must possess:

  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • The ability to troubleshoot technical issues with remote assistance and basic knowledge of iPads and apps
  • Reliability and punctuality, as well as availability for all scheduled shifts
  • A professional and approachable appearance

This is a part-time, casual position with varying hours between 8 and 28 per week.
