We are seeking an experienced lawyer to join our Legal Team at THE ICONIC. As a key member of our team, you will provide legal advice across a wide range of matters, including employment law, commercial contracts, consumer protection law, competition law, privacy law, and intellectual property law.
Key Responsibilities- Support and partner with all functional areas of THE ICONIC's business to provide clear, sound, and commercially pragmatic advice.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide array of commercial agreements.
- Assist with the management of commercial disputes and regulatory matters.
- Review and provide clearance on campaign and marketing collateral.
- Identify training needs and develop training resources.
- Monitor and respond to developments in legislation relevant to the e-commerce industry.
- 5-8 years PQE in a reputable law firm or in-house in a large multinational corporation.
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD) with strong academic credentials and a current Australian practising certificate.
- Experience with Word and/or GSuite, as well as comfortable with utilising/exploring other technologies.
