About the Role

The Senior Financial Accountant will oversee the financial accounts of all subsidiary companies within the property development and investment group as designated by the Group Accountant.

Company Overview

Our client is a leading property investment and development business in the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review financial reports, including annual financial statements and quarterly management accounts
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including taxation and licensing
  • Manage and maintain financial systems and processes
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the Group Accountant to ensure financial reporting and compliance
  • Provide ad-hoc financial support and analysis as required

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in financial accounting and reporting, with expertise in taxation and regulatory compliance. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
