Compliance Management Role

We're seeking a skilled professional to manage and improve our enterprise-level compliance platform, ensuring seamless operations across the organization.

This is a blended role that involves both technical and relationship-focused tasks, well-suited to someone who enjoys connecting technology with real-world impact. As part of our team, you'll be responsible for managing workflows, troubleshooting user issues, and maintaining system integrity.

You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate vendor communications, support user education, and participate in the delivery of new system modules. This role requires experience in IT systems administration or digital support, along with the ability to interpret workflows and communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and improve the enterprise-level compliance platform
  • Support essential compliance systems to maintain safety, accountability, and efficiency
  • Handle day-to-day support activities such as triaging helpdesk tickets and troubleshooting user issues
  • Contribute to system upgrades and enhancements
  • Coordinate vendor communications and support user education
