Finance Transformation Specialist

Transforming finance functions requires a strategic approach, and as a senior associate, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding CFOs through their most complex challenges.

Working with clients across diverse sectors, including not-for-profit and corporate entities, you'll deliver solutions that drive efficiency, growth, and sustainable change. Key responsibilities include working with CFOs and their teams to design and implement transformation initiatives across controllership, FP&A and finance operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement future-ready finance strategies and target operating models, including global business services.
  • Enable finance to evolve into a strategic business partner by establishing an insight-led advisory function and delivering actionable recommendations to support business outcomes.
  • Implement cloud ERP/EPM, automation, and AI technologies to enable process excellence and drive finance efficiency and effectiveness.

To achieve these goals, we're seeking individuals with proven experience delivering transformation projects in the finance function, including finance operating model design and finance process improvement (O2C, P2P, R2R, FP&A). Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex business problems are essential. Advisory experience with key finance technologies and automation tools is also highly regarded.

  • Advisory experience with key finance technologies and automation tools (e.g., SAP S/4, OneStream, Workday Adaptive, Oracle, PowerBI).
