Breakfast Chef Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Breakfast Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting delicious breakfasts and pastries, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced buffet style environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Bulk cooking experience in a buffet style environment
  • Work collaboratively with a team of Chefs, Kitchen Utilities and Dining Room attendants
  • Ensure OH&S compliance, adhering to safe work practices and food handling procedures
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, infection control and cleanliness

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum Cert III in Commercial Cookery
  • Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations
  • Able to pass Pre-Employment Medicals and National Police Clearance
