About the Role


As a Diploma Qualified Child Care Educator, you will be part of our not-for-profit Child Care Services, known for exceeding or meeting national quality education standards.


Support our dedicated educational leaders in coordinating activities and programs to create a stimulating learning environment for our developing children.


Your Responsibilities



  • Support the implementation of programming tailored to children aged 0 to 12 years.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and the broader community.
  • Maintain records and documents related to children's attendance, behaviour, and developmental milestones.

Requirements



  • Experience and passion for working with children, creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive.
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent.
  • Working with Children Check (WWC).
  • Current First Aid Certificate with Asthma and Anaphylaxis and CPR (HLTAID004 / HLTA012).
  • Ability to follow safeguarding priorities.
  • Team player, contributing and upholding organisational values.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks to get things done efficiently.
