Role Description

We seek a talented professional who embodies the spirit of exceptional customer service and can deliver results through collaborative teamwork.

As a Concession Sales Consultant, you will collaborate with your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences through knowledgeable service and seamless operational processes.

  • Provide an exceptional customer experience by offering great service, excellent product knowledge, and a seamless point of sale transaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest products to share that knowledge with customers.
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of the store by effectively managing stock and loss prevention.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is visually presented in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Embody the Country Road Group values, collaborating with your store team to drive results.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent customer service skills with a passion for fashion.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with good communication.
  • A natural optimism and enthusiasm in everything you do.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and late trading hours according to business needs.
