About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality emergency medical services to patients across the region, working collaboratively with our dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide emergency medical care to patients, utilizing sound clinical judgment and adhering to best practice guidelines.
- To work effectively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
- To contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that enhance patient outcomes and improve the efficiency of our emergency department.
- To participate in education and training initiatives, staying up-to-date with the latest advances in emergency medicine and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
Fellowship of The Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (FACEM) or IMG's with Substantially Comparable assessment by ACEM.
Work Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in Emergency Medicine, preferably in a similar setting.
Location
A comfortable 3-hour drive from Melbourne, our beautiful university city boasts breathtaking coastline and natural beauty.
