About the Role

Komatsu Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Mobile Equipment Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site maintenance and repairs to our customers' mobile equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to customer sites to perform routine maintenance and repairs on Komatsu construction, utility, and quarry mobile equipment.
  • Drain and replace fluids for engines, transmissions, and hydraulics.
  • Work Monday to Friday, with regular overtime available at double time.
  • Use a company-provided tool of trade vehicle and receive a phone and laptop.
  • Wear Komatsu uniforms.
Requirements
  • Current MR or HR Licence.
  • Certified Diesel Tradesperson or Mobile Plant is preferred.
  • Previous experience with Komatsu equipment is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills for internal and external customers.
  • An excellent understanding and commitment to safety and environment.
  • Ability to work remotely and with minimal supervision.
  • Intermediate computer knowledge/skills.
