Your Role:

We're seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our team at Juniper Sarah Hardy in Kelmscott. As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll provide guidance and supervision to care staff, ensuring person-centered care principles are embedded in our services. You'll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care in a clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement person-centered care plans
• Administer medications safely and accurately
• Ensure accurate documentation in accordance with aged care requirements
• Support and supervise care staff
• Contribute to the multidisciplinary team
• Comply with Occupational Safety and Health requirements

Key Requirements:

• Current AHPRA Registration (Enrolled Nurse)
• Previous experience in aged care is desirable
• Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards
• Understanding of Occupational Safety and Health principles in a healthcare setting
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management skills
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance required
