Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
- Assist Project Managers with logistics and administrative tasks, including coordinating transportation providers, planning shipments, and maintaining stock records.
- Track shipments according to project needs, supervise orders, and manage stock levels.
- Ensure prompt movement of shipments, handle customer inquiries, resolve shipping errors, and report logistics status to Operations/Project Managers.
- Communicate accurate project information to the team and clients, clarify any uncertainties, and adhere to deadlines.
- Perform various logistics and coordination tasks as directed by the Operations Manager or Project Manager.
Required skills include:
- Logistics and freight experience
- Proficiency in using Excel for data tracking and reporting
- Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in office administration and reporting
