Job Opportunity

Virtue Talent is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Remedial business unit.

About the Role

  • Reporting to the Managing Director, this position requires a leader with extensive experience in Remedial/Strata, Building Forensics, and Facades.
  • Responsibilities include guiding and mentoring a team of up to 12 staff, including two senior reports.
  • Key skills include impeccable written and verbal communication, ability to guide and deal with diverse clientele, and sign-off on staff work.

Requirements

  • Civil or Structural Engineering degree from a reputable Australian University.
  • Considerable local consulting and leadership experience in Remedial/Strata, Building Forensics, and Facades.
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to guide and deal with a multitude of different clientele.
  • Guide, coach, and mentor staff.
  • Sign off on staff work.
