We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi Drop Driver to join our team at the Perth StarTrack facility. As a key member of our delivery network, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of packages to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a van or truck to transport packages to various locations, adhering to safety protocols and chain of responsibility guidelines.
  • Use scanners to track and manage packages, with training provided for those who require it.
  • Load and unload packages from the vehicle, requiring a strong fitness level and ability to lift up to 30kg.
  • Provide excellent customer service, interacting with customers throughout the day and ensuring their packages are delivered safely and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve delivery targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in daily safety checks and adhere to all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Van/truck driving experience, with a Light Rigid (LR) / MR license and multi drop experience preferred.
  • Strong fitness level and ability to lift up to 30kg.
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently, with a focus on chain of responsibility.
  • Excellent customer service skills and effective communication skills.
  • Good planning and organizational skills, with basic numerical skills.
