Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications and recent experience in waterproofing or wet trades.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122/TAE40116) or equivalent adult education qualification.
  • Strong understanding of learner-centred teaching and inclusive education practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and student management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • High-level ICT skills for e-learning and reporting.
  • Commitment to Occupational Health and Safety and Continuous Improvement.
