About the Role

The Educational Leader will be responsible for leading our educational programs, collaborating with Centre Directors and Directors-in-Training to bring Reggio Emilia-inspired curriculum to life. You will mentor and support educators, develop learning environments that spark creativity and curiosity, and ensure compliance with regulations while championing company values.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Centre Directors and Directors-in-Training to develop and implement educational programs.
  • Mentor and support educators to help them shine in their roles.
  • Develop learning environments that promote creativity, curiosity, and a love of learning.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Lead child safety initiatives and foster positive learning outcomes for every child in care.

  • Bachelor's or Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Deep commitment to children's development and safety.
  • Knowledge of creating and implementing outstanding educational programs.
  • Solid understanding of the Reggio Emilia approach to early education.
  • Expertise in EYLF and NQS frameworks.
  • First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Training.
  • Valid Working with Children Check (Employee) and Mandatory Reporting.
  • Australian working rights (Visa/Passport).
