This challenging role requires a skilled and experienced Caseworker who can assess safety and risk to children and young people within a multi-disciplinary service model.
As a JCPRP Caseworker, you will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to provide holistic services that promote positive outcomes for children and their families.
Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify and mitigate safety and risk concerns for children and young people.
- Engage in child-focused practice that acknowledges and respects the unique culture and context of each child and their family.
- Source accurate and timely information, making informed decisions to ensure the safety, welfare, and wellbeing of children and young people.
- Model ethical casework practices that are responsive to the changing needs of children and families.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to promote meaningful change and improve outcomes for children and families.
We seek an experienced Caseworker with excellent analytical, assessment, and communication skills. You must demonstrate strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
