This challenging role requires a skilled and experienced Caseworker who can assess safety and risk to children and young people within a multi-disciplinary service model.

As a JCPRP Caseworker, you will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to provide holistic services that promote positive outcomes for children and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify and mitigate safety and risk concerns for children and young people.
  • Engage in child-focused practice that acknowledges and respects the unique culture and context of each child and their family.

  • Model ethical casework practices that are responsive to the changing needs of children and families.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to promote meaningful change and improve outcomes for children and families.
Requirements:
