Job Description
  • We're seeking an experienced data governance expert to lead our digital transformation efforts, ensuring seamless integration of data across our three rapidly evolving businesses: OnePass membership program, Catch marketplace, and OneData.
  • You will apply your practical experience in supporting OneDigital's strategy and business goals, developing value-focused, risk-aware, and effective data-led solutions.
  • Your key responsibilities will include implementing best practice frameworks, policies, and standards to incorporate and use data from the Wesfarmers Group in a risk-aware manner.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Demonstrable understanding of data governance and data management industry frameworks (e.g., DMBOK, APRA CPG235) and/or maturity models (DCAM, ADM).
  • Minimum 3+ years of data governance and/or data management experience.
  • Tertiary qualification.
  • A strategic mindset to identify material risk issues and value creation opportunities.
