Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Underground Heavy Equipment Operator for a 6-month contract at a mine in Tasmania.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in underground remote bogger operations and proven experience working on heavy equipment. They will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient operation of the equipment, while also maintaining a strong focus on safety and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate underground heavy equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain equipment in good working condition
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment
  • Meet or exceed production targets

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in underground remote bogger operations (Essential)
  • Proven experience working on heavy equipment (Essential)
  • A strong focus on safety
  • A positive can-do attitude with the ability to work as part of a team
  • Hold a current Australian Drivers Licence
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a National Police Clearance
