We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Educator to join our team, responsible for promoting customer-focused quality service aligned with best practices through the implementation of clinical and operational strategies.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Coronary Care nursing, with minimum 5 years of experience and relevant tertiary qualifications in education/teaching or working towards them.
The successful applicant will be able to plan, implement, and evaluate clinical education programs, and have experience promoting and monitoring quality improvement in nursing education.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop educational frameworks, policies, and procedures for Coronary Care
- Deliver educational content and support ongoing mandatory education within the facility
- Ensure clinical practice complies with relevant standards and legislation

Requirements:
- Current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 5 years of Coronary Care nursing experience
- Knowledge of adult teaching and learning principles
- Ability to plan, implement, and evaluate clinical education programs
- Experience promoting and monitoring quality improvement in nursing education
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in education/teaching or working towards them
- Minimum Cert IV Training and Assessment or working towards it
- Experience in policy and procedure development
- Knowledge of ACHS accreditation and legislative requirements
