Programs Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and skilled coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our out-of-school-hours care program at Toorak Primary School.
About the Role:
As an OSHC Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work with children, families, and educators to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing programs that promote social, emotional, and educational growth in children
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, including compliance documents and administrative tasks
- Building strong relationships with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Providing guidance and support to educators to enhance their skills and confidence in delivering high-quality care and education
- Managing rosters and administration hours to ensure efficient and effective operation of the program
Requirements and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience working in childcare or OSHC settings
- A valid Working with Children's Check
- Child Protection/Mandatory Reporting certificate relevant to your state
- HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting certification
- Food Handling certificate relevant to your state
