About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the Academic Support Unit at UniSC Careers. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing project management and communications support to advance business goals and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement allocated projects, engaging with key stakeholders across the organization to achieve project objectives.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports, ensuring standards and requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Deliver staff communication to support strategic priorities and initiatives, promoting behavior in line with the organization's values.
Requirements
  • Completion of a degree in communication, business, or equivalent, combined with at least 4 years of subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent experience and/or education/training in the industry.
  • Sound knowledge of and demonstrated experience in contemporary project management, communication, and administration principles within a large, complex organization.
  • Knowledge of or experience in the Australian higher education sector is desirable but not essential.
