Redpath Partners is working with a global engineering consultancy firm to recruit an Associate Structural Engineer for their Sydney office. Due to further project wins, a full-time opportunity exists for an Associate with mid-rise and high-rise building design experience.

This role offers the chance to work with a highly skilled team and play a lead role in assisting the business to successfully deliver current and future projects while continuing to support the business reputation.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years' experience in a similar Structural Engineering role
  • Experience in leading the delivery of large-scale and complex projects
  • Building sector design focus
  • Steel and reinforced concrete design experience, timber experience desirable
  • Ability to project manage, guide, and develop team members, and be client-facing
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach
  • Relevant academic qualifications and CPEng
