Service Excellence Staff Member

We are seeking a skilled Service Excellence Staff Member to join our hospitality team in Sydney. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our guests have an outstanding dining experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming customer service to guests
  • Collaborate with the service team to deliver high-quality service
  • Take orders, clean tables, provide guest bills, and process payments efficiently
  • Respond to queries and offer advice to customers on their dining experience
  • Maintain high standards of quality and presentation at all times

Essential Qualifications:

  • Prior work experience in hospitality customer service
  • At least 18 years old, with RSA certification and right to work in Australia
  • Able to deliver a premium level of customer service consistently
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude, motivated, and team player
