We're seeking a Casual Medical Receptionist to join our Bankstown practice, providing high-quality customer service to patients and supporting healthcare professionals. This role involves managing a busy front desk reception, welcoming patients, and performing general administration duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and welcome them to the Centre.
  • Collect and enter patient details into the database.
  • Schedule appointments (when required).
  • Answer telephone calls and enquiries.
  • Provide administration support and perform ad hoc duties.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, including a professional telephone manner.
  • Detail-orientated.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
  • Knowledge of Pracsoft/Medtech is an advantage.
