About this Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide high-quality, client-centred social work services to adults experiencing acute mental health challenges.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting complex psychosocial assessments, delivering targeted therapeutic interventions, and advocating for client rights. They will also coordinate discharge planning and community liaison, as well as provide clinical supervision and mentoring to junior staff and students.

This is a fast-paced, rewarding position requiring flexibility, a deep understanding of trauma-informed care, and a passion for recovery-focused mental health practice.

About the Team

You will work collaboratively with a passionate multidisciplinary team, including medical, nursing, allied health, and lived experience professionals. You will also build strong partnerships with key external stakeholders such as Child Protection, Housing Services, Centrelink, and Family Violence services.
