Are you passionate about teaching and empowering children to learn how to swim?

We're seeking a skilled Swim Instructor to join our team As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swim lessons that focus on safety and effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have excellent teaching skills, be energetic and motivated, and possess a passion for delivering professional Learn to Swim programs. You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of teaching methods and water safety practices, and provide exceptional customer service to students and their families. Additionally, you may coordinate administrative tasks, phone calls, and emails to support the growth of the swim school department.Requirements:
  • A current learn to swim accreditation (Austswim, Swim Australia or LSV) is required.
  • You should have Level 2 First Aid certification or be able to obtain it before starting work.
  • A Working with Children's check and current Working with Children Check are mandatory.
  • Experience in infant aquatics is preferred.
  • You should have a friendly, energetic, and confident personality.
  • You will need to be able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
