We are seeking a skilled and motivated Personal Trainer to join our team. As a Fitness Cartel Personal Trainer, you will have the opportunity to build and grow your own PT business with the support of our comprehensive induction program.
About the RoleAs a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for coaching members one-on-one and in small groups to achieve real results. You will use business tools, trackers, and resources to grow your PT business and build strong client relationships.
You will also contribute to a positive club culture alongside our passionate team and continue developing your skills through ongoing mentorship and education.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified Personal Trainer (Cert III & IV in Fitness) or ready to start your certification. You will also need to be passionate about fitness, health, and helping people achieve their goals.
A self-starter who is motivated to build and grow a PT business, strong communication skills, organisational and professional abilities are essential.
